If things go as planned we might get to see long lost best friends reunite for a special song. We are talking about a patch up of sorts for Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. The two are reportedly in talks for a new song and will feature together on screen after more than 12 years.
The last time they came together was for a special cameo in Son of Sardaar.
Reports suggest that the two will star in a music video for a song by singer AP Dhillon. According to Times Now, there are closed-door meetings happening at both actors’ residences. Salman Khan is discussing this project at his farmhouse in Panvel and is said to be pretty serious about it.
A source close to the project said, “Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt are both fond of each other and were keen to work on a project together. However, it has been informed that Salman-Sanjay will reunite for a musical project. It is a special song for which Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt have been approached.”
The reports suggest that there are “high chances” of the two actors dancing and showing off their crazy dance moves.
Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt are said to be pretty close since ages. They have worked together on multiple projects. They shared screen space in films such as Chal Mere Bhai, Saajan, Om Shanti Om and others.
Salman and Sanjay were last seen together in 2012 in a special song titled, “Po Po”, in Son Of Sardaar, which also featured Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha.
On the work front. Sanjay Dutt will be seen in Son Of Sardaar 2. The film also stars Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur. Meanwhile, Salman Khan has AR Murugadoss’ directorial Sikandar which also stars Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role.
